How do I return or exchange an item?

Power Pong is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you encounter any problems at all with your Power Pong robot, please email info@powerpong.co.uk. We promise to fix or replace your robot within a week.

If you would like to return your Power Pong robot, for any reason, for a full refund, you must let us know (by emailing info@powerpong.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return your goods to us after letting us know.

How do I use a promotion/coupon code?

To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field during checkout. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click "Apply" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be automatically displayed and deducted from the total. If the code is invalid, expired, or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied.
